The first Aerovilla is a combination office/ home. We fully separated the office from the home with it’s own entrance away from the entry to the home. This allows the new owner to have the convince of having her business run from her home, while still offering her full privacy to unwind after a long day of work or flying.
Lower Floor
The lower floor is where the offices are located along with entrance to the home, powder room, and three car garage.
Main Floor
The main living floor features a modern kitchen, living room, spare bedroom and a home gym or third bedroom.
Upper Floor
The upper floor is the master suite with a massive walk in closet and private rooftop patio with hot tub.
