The Aerovilla Exterior is Wrapping Up!

The first Aerovilla is getting closer to move-in!  The limestone is in place.  The Nichiha is all in place and detailed.  The decks are complete.  We are waiting for our final grading and hot tub delivery then the landscaping will finish up our exterior.

The kitchen is shaping up, painting this week.  The kitchen from Cantoni is here in town just waiting for a clean space to install.  The views are framing up. Final choices are being made slabs are chosen.  We are ready for the last push to get our owner into their new home.

Exterior Materials Are Going on the First Aerovilla Hangar Home

The First Aerovilla Hangar Home Exterior is Almost Finished

The exterior of our first Aerovilla hangar home is almost finished.  The hangar portion of the Aerovilla is clad in a corrugated metal and has already been completed.  Crews are working hard to install both the stone and the paneling that make up the exterior of the home portion of the Aerovilla.  Check out the materials page for more detail on the materials and where they are used on this hangar home.

What Else is Going On?

Now that the Aerovilla is “dried-in” crews are hard at work in the interior.  Currently, we have electricians, plumbers, AV/ home automation specialists onsite.  They are all working to get their wires, ducts, and pipes in place before the drywall crew comes in to finish up the walls.

Aerovillas – Hangar homes from above

Here are the first images we have of the Aerovillas hangar homes from above.  As you can see, these are big hangar homes with lots of space for all your needs.  The large white tarp in the photos is covering the concrete slab where the hangar will be located.  At 3,750 sq ft, the hangar will be able to hold planes up to the size of a Pilatus PC-12, or you could choose to keep one or more smaller planes or a mobile home.  The choice is yours.

 On another note

Everything is moving forward nicely on creating the infrastructure for the Aerovilla neighborhood.  Crews are well on their way to grading all the land where the new traxi strip will be located.  They should be pouring the concrete soon!
